Prices for Maintenance Packages are customized to site requirements, but all include:
- Site monitoring for disk and bandwidth usage
- Automatic domain and hosting renewal and billing, or automatic hosting renewal billing if domain was purchased elsewhere.
- Upgrades to website software when new releases are issued
- Website backups: weekly, or when upgrades or changes are done
- Email, phone, Skype, or local in-person support
- 1 hour a month of updating content, images, file management
